Professional Email and Domain Setup Without the Headache

Bring the domain, DNS, and business email into a setup your business understands and controls. Know where the accounts live, how the pieces connect, and what the providers charge.

01 / The job this service does

Get the essentials
in order.

Your domain and business email sit behind everyday customer communication. The setup should be documented and owned by the business, so a missing login or unclear provider bill does not become an avoidable problem.

A good fit for

A business starting professional email, cleaning up DNS, or sorting out scattered accounts and provider access.

02 / What we can scope

Practical work.
Defined deliverables.

The project brief determines what you need. These capabilities guide the conversation; your written quote confirms the final work.

[ 01 ]

Domain ownership review

Identify the registrar, owner account, renewal responsibility, and access needed for the agreed work.

[ 02 ]

Provider selection and setup

Help select and configure the scoped business email service with its separate provider costs disclosed.

[ 03 ]

DNS configuration

Organize the domain records needed for the agreed website and email setup.

[ 04 ]

Email authentication

Configure applicable SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records in the agreed scope and explain their purpose in plain language.

[ 05 ]

Scoped checks

Check the agreed connections and basic email operation after changes.

[ 06 ]

Documented handoff

Record account locations, provider costs, and practical management steps for the owner.

Keep the scope clear. Mailbox count, migration, existing message history, aliases, and provider changes are defined in the quote. Provider subscriptions are separate where applicable. Authentication setup does not guarantee inbox placement or eliminate every unwanted message.
03 / How the work moves forward

A clear path
from brief to handoff.

Agree on the work and costs first. Review the results. Keep the accounts and knowledge with your business.

01 / Define

Map what exists

Identify the domain registrar, current website records, email provider, and required access.

02 / Deploy

Configure the agreed setup

Make the scoped changes and review their effect on the connected services.

03 / Hand off

Check and document

Complete the agreed checks and hand over the account and billing information.

04 / Experience behind the service

Developed in
our own businesses.

S-Shop’s approach emphasizes the account ownership and provider clarity developed through founder-owned digital setup work.

Mission Ready Dirt Works and Long's Fab & Repair are founder-owned businesses, not outside-client projects. The case studies describe that experience without claiming measured client results.

05 / Choose the right scope

A complete setup.
Or one focused fix.

Deployment packages bring the foundation together. A custom quote can address a specific need without requiring a full package.

These are S-Shop project starting prices. Separate domain, hosting, email, or software provider charges may apply. No mandatory S-Shop monthly management fee.

06 / Questions before the brief

Know what
to expect.

Can I keep my current domain?

Usually the project can work around an existing domain if you control it and the required access is available. We review the current setup before defining changes.

Are email subscriptions included?

The agreed setup work is a S-Shop fee. Email subscriptions and domain renewals may be separate provider charges, disclosed before approval.

What are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?

They are email authentication mechanisms that help receiving services assess messages using your domain. We explain the chosen configuration and any management responsibilities during handoff.

Should I send you my passwords?

No. Your initial brief should describe what you have. If a project proceeds, we arrange the access needed for the work rather than asking for credentials in the brief.

Your next move

Tell us the mission.
We'll map the next step.

Tell us what you have, what you need, and what's getting in the way. We'll define a practical scope and clear pricing. No passwords or account credentials needed in your brief.
