06 / Before you decide
Clear answers.
Before the commitment.
What does “starting at” mean?
The listed price is the package's starting S-Shop project fee. Your brief determines page count, implementation details, integrations, and any extra work. You receive a written scope and final quote before you commit.
Is Nine Line also the name of the intake?
Yes. “START YOUR NINE LINE” is how you begin any project brief. Nine Line is also the entry-level deployment package. Starting the brief doesn't commit you to buying that package.
Are email and hosting subscriptions included?
The setup capability is included in the applicable project scope. Provider subscriptions or registrations may be separate charges. We disclose the selected services and their costs before project approval.
Does Command Team publish without my approval?
No. The approval workflow keeps owner approval before scheduling or publishing. The project scope defines which channels, connections, and automation actions will be configured, based on the selected platforms and plans.
Do you keep managing my content after deployment?
The package covers the agreed setup and handoff. It doesn't imply unlimited ongoing content creation, account management, or maintenance. Optional support can be agreed separately.
Can I start smaller and add capabilities later?
Yes. We can scope additional work when you need it. A later upgrade is quoted around your existing setup and the new requirements; it isn't an automatic subscription or an assumed price difference.
What experience is this based on?
The S-Shop system was developed, tested, and refined through Isaac Long's founder-owned businesses, Mission Ready Dirt Works and Long's Fab & Repair. These are founder-owned deployments, not outside-client projects.
