Direct delivery when enabled
When direct delivery is enabled, submitting your Nine Line sends the brief and selected logo through Cloudflare to Zoho Mail at contact@sshopdigital.com. A success message means Zoho accepted the message for delivery. Inquiry content is processed temporarily by the website backend and is not stored in its authorization database. While direct delivery is disabled, the form opens an email draft for you to review and send.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse when direct delivery is active. Cloudflare and Zoho may process security and operational metadata under their own policies. No visitor analytics are installed. The retention periods below apply to inquiry copies held by S-Shop; cleanup is manual.

What you provide
When you contact S-Shop, you may provide your name, phone number, email, contact preference, business identity, services, goals, audience, service area, existing domain or website, branding, content links, and project preferences. You may also share a logo, business files, and email attachments. Please do not include passwords, account credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use inquiry information
We use the information to understand your request, prepare the initial visual direction, communicate using your preferred method, define scope and pricing, and discuss the requested work. We may follow up within the inquiry retention period to ask whether you still need the original service. You can ask us to stop those follow-ups by contacting contact@sshopdigital.com. An inquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

How your brief is delivered
Submitting your Nine Line sends your brief and selected logo through Cloudflare to our Zoho mailbox. A success message means Zoho accepted the email for delivery. Your brief is processed temporarily and is not saved in the website authorization database or browser storage. Downloading a brief saves a copy on your device. If direct delivery is unavailable, you can contact us by email, call, or text.

How long inquiry material is retained
For inquiries that do not become active projects, the following periods start when Isaac first reaches out about the inquiry. They do not restart automatically with each later contact.
90 DAYSSeparate working files
Working copies of logos, branding, and other core business files kept in local inquiry folders are manually deleted after 90 days.
1 YEAR MAXIMUMEmail records & attachments
Inquiry emails and attachments in the email account may be retained for up to one year, including for follow-up about the original service request.
A logo deleted from a working folder may still exist as an email attachment during the longer email retention period. These are manual cleanup periods, not an automated deletion service.
Active customer projects, agreements, and accounting records are handled separately from unconverted inquiry files. Their retention arrangements will be confirmed as part of the project and applicable recordkeeping needs.

Email, hosting, and other providers
Email and other communication providers process the messages you send through their services. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and inquiry email is handled by Zoho Mail. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect a website, even when visitor analytics is disabled. Provider processing and retention are governed by their service terms and policies; S-Shop’s inquiry-folder periods do not control all provider logs or backups. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the inquiry form from abuse.

No visitor analytics at launch
S-Shop has chosen an inquiry-only launch without visitor analytics or advertising trackers. The website contains no visitor analytics scripts. That does not mean infrastructure providers process no technical information. Turnstile and infrastructure providers may process technical security information. A temporary security cookie is used when the owner connects Zoho.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
Email contact@sshopdigital.com to ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop inquiry follow-ups. Include enough detail to identify the inquiry, but do not send passwords. We may need to confirm the requester’s identity before disclosing or changing records. We will explain any records that need separate handling rather than promise deletion we cannot perform.
