The founder / The reason behind S-Shop

Built by a Small-Business Owner.
For Small-Business Owners.

I needed the work done for a clear price. I wanted the system to belong to my business. And I didn't want another required monthly management bill just to keep it that way.

01 / Why I started S-Shop

I wanted a service.
Not another obligation.

While building the digital side of Mission Ready Dirt Works and Long's Fab & Repair, I kept running into offers that sounded simple until a required monthly subscription became part of the deal.

I already had the costs of operating two businesses. I didn't want to add another management payment to each one just to get the website and digital work done.

So I learned the systems myself. That helped me become a better business owner—and gave me a way to help other owners who don't have the time or want the hassle.

“S-Shop is here to take some of the load off your plate, give you a fair, manageable cost, and give you a solution that you own.”

02 / The owner has a business to run

Your online presence
shouldn't take over
your whole day.

Small-business owners have work to do, customers to serve, and families to get home to. Managing the digital side shouldn't consume the time you need for all of that.

The aim is practical: know the website is working, understand your tools, review the content that needs your approval, and get back to the business.

That doesn't make every provider cost or upkeep task disappear. It means those responsibilities are explained, organized, and handed over so you know what you're getting.

03 / Structure with a purpose

Define the mission.
Deploy it. Own it.

My Army experience taught me to value structure, understand what goes into the work, and take responsibility for my actions.

01 / Define

Know the mission.

Your Nine Line brings the business, goals, and requirements into one clear brief. We agree on what needs to happen before the work begins.

02 / Deploy

Understand the moving parts.

We turn the agreed plan into a working setup, with clear responsibilities, scope, and provider costs.

03 / Own

Be accountable for the handoff.

The final SITREP and training explain the system. Your business keeps control, and you know how to put the work to use.

The military-inspired language adds structure and a little personality. The purpose is straightforward: make the business path easier to understand and execute.

04 / Where the system was developed

We learned it
because we
needed it.

Mission Ready Dirt Works and Long's Fab & Repair gave me real businesses to develop, test, and refine the S-Shop approach. The decisions had to make sense for the owner paying for them.

05 / The principles behind every deployment

Clear costs.
A usable handoff.

Understand what you pay for, who controls it, and what happens when the project is finished.

Agree before charging.

We define the scope and price first. Extra work is discussed, priced, and approved before it is billed.

Explain provider costs.

Domains, hosting, email, and paid tools may charge separately. Those costs are disclosed and distinguished from S-Shop fees.

Keep the owner in control.

Your business owns its accounts and agreed finished assets. Third-party tools remain subject to their provider terms.

Make support a choice.

There is no mandatory S-Shop monthly management fee. Additional help is available when you want it.

06 / When your business grows

Help when you want it.
Ownership either way.

Maybe you started with Nine Line and now need Command Post or Command Team. Maybe your services changed, your website needs an update, or a new marketing employee needs a walkthrough.

We can scope those upgrades, updates, and training. If you want ongoing management, we'll discuss the terms and work out a scope that meets your needs.

Optional management is available by agreement. It is not a condition of owning or using the system we built for you.
